We have a team of highly trained yoga teachers. They have studied with great masters such as B.K.S. Iyengar, Patabhi Jois and Satyananda. They have studied the theories of alignment with emphasis on anatomy, physiology and bio-mechanics of Yoga. They lead a yogic life-style which is based on plant-based diet, conscious community living and daily yoga Sadhana. That is, to support each other in the vertical journey of yogic sadhana which starts from Muladhara Chakra and reaches to its culmination at Sahastrara Chakra when a yogi reaches to Samadhi and experiences Kaivalya, the ultimate freedom. We do emphasize on studying Yoga Sutras and other yogic texts thoroughly which give us clear guidelines for inner journey.
